We want you to love your Reflectively You mirror. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Handmade & One-of-a-Kind: Each Reflectively You mirror is handmade using cast resin powder, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. Colors, bead placement, and texture may vary slightly from the photos shown — this is part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade goods.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Please contact us before sending anything back
To start a return: Email us at reflectivelyyou@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged items: If your mirror arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
